Long Day Ahead

Well ... Mom did not get the permenant dialysis catether out tonight. She spent most of the day waiting on an open slot ... and she had to spend it not eating anything (ugh!). But she went to all three therapy sessions and did very well. Tomorrow will be a packed day ... perm cath removed at some point in the morning, then the vertebroplasty at 1:30pm ... then a meeting with Dr. Thomas at 3:30pm. I even have a full schedule ... I have to take another Catheter Care class then demonstrate that I know what I am doing before Mom can head home on Thursday -- its gonna be busy but we are moving in the right direction!
