Need to:
- Get up and walk
- Exercise legs and arms
- Groom myself
- Shower more often
Sleep: Went to bed at 8:30pm. Woke up in pain at 11:30pm. Took Ambien and pain pill. Woke up at 6am with bad back spasms - took muscle relaxer. Stayed in bed until 9:30am. Must get up for bathrrom 2 or 3 times a night. Major project - starts back hurting.
