Pam Starts Helping

Last Monday Pam started working for us. She is spending half of her time with Mom and half of her time with the triplets. She is a lovely lady and I think she will work out perfectly. Since we live so close it is easy for her to go back and forth between the two houses -- hopefully it will not drive her crazy. She is getting ideas on what to do with the kids from Mom and soon she will start assisting with visits. We are working out a schedule that makes some since and we should be able to get all the "kinks" out soon.
