Gram Update

Slept well. Did not get up until 6am. Coughing but not as bad. Started taking Centrium Silver and B12. No fever - still coughing. Blood pressure 132/75 (before meds) with pulse rate of 100 at 10:11am. Blood pressure 128/67 (after meds) with pulse rate 100 at 2:10pm. No fever - still coughing.
