Gram Update

Still feel really groggy- not coughing too much. (BeLynda's birthday - forgot again). Started coughing around noon. Real bad - could not control urine. Took bath and laid down on right side - slept on and off until around 4:45sm. Still sleepy - ate some brown rice and small piece of BeLynda's birthday cake. Not coughing too much. Blood pressure too high 141/77 with pulse rate of 79.
