Let the Chemo begin ... again!

So we are back at MD Anderson today for velcade treatments. Due to the virus Mom had we pushed her treatments back one week. The day started for Mom at 3:30am getting ready to leave for MDA at 5:45am. We have completed her blood work, she has had chemo and now we are waiting for her hearing aids to be adjusted. We hope to head home soon so that she can take some more chemo (melaphan) for four days ... plus the dexamethasone tonight and tomorrow night. We will find out the results of this treatment on April 22 ... we are praying that this version of her chemo cocktail we effectively fight the myeloma.
