The same triage nurse was working when we arrived and she remembered us. She got Mom through the process fairly quickly then they moved us to room 21. They had trouble getting her IV started so we are now waiting on the IV team. They have started the blood work and she has had a chest x-ray. No more vomiting and she is sleeping now. Dad has gone to get some lunch.
And we wait ... first for the IV team then for the results of the blood work. Once the labs are back they will page Dr. Weber and we will get a better idea of the next steps.
