No MRI Today Either

The MRI team is swamped and we think that the ER team dropped the ball on getting it scheduled ... but whatever the reason Mom's sedated MRI is now scheduled for Monday morning at 7am. She was given the choice of going home and coming back ... or to just stay in the hospital. Mom and Dad opted to stay in the hospital. She has an urinary tract infection and the pain of going back and forth is just too much right now. I just hung photos of the grandkids so that she is able to check them out when she is awake. The room is really nice, quiet and private ... well, as private as a hospital room can be. She has finished breakfast and is resting. She felt a bit queasy so the nurse is giving her some zofran now. So she will be sleeping again shortly especially with the zofran in her tummy.
