Waiting for Transport

We waited forever for the transport team come to pick Mom up to return her to the room. Luckily all the lights had been turned off and the holding area was relatively quiet. Mom stayed awake the whole time following the echo so we were able to chat ... about nothing in particular but it was nice to see her awake. They finally came to get her after over an hour and a half ... good thing she was comfortable. Mom had sent Dad back to the room after her echo to order some lunch ... so he was comfortable too!
