Permanent Catheter in!

This morning they took Mom down to get her permanent catheter. Thank goodness the air conditioner worked and Mom was able to rest in a nice, cool space while we met with the doctors. It took about an hour and a half -- her first words were "that was a piece of cake". She went from there to ICU where she is currently on dialysis. No word on radiation today -- we missed the appointment due to the catheter surgery so it may be pushed till tomorrow. Time will tell.
