Velcade Day 4 Trip

Velcade is giving on Day 1, Day 4, Day 8 and Day 11. It means at least 4 trips to MD Anderson ... but hey, if it works! It's worth it. Mom and Dad headed down south with no issues and no 3 hours of fluids. On Thursday Mom needed the fluids as her creatintine had moved up to 2.1 which is not good. So the fluids help the kidneys process the chemo (velcade). Hopefully the creatinine will be back under control with this first cycle of velcade.
