Baby Steps in the Right Direction

The drugs arrived and Mom's sedation has been moved from 30 to 20. Her blood pressure went up but between Elizabeth and I talking to her ... and a bit more high blood pressure meds ... she is doing good. She is breathing just under the machine meaning that she is relying on it just a bit (at least that's the way I understood it). She appears to be comfortable and her vitals look good. Next step should be the move from 20 to 15 or 10 -- but I am not sure when that will be. A small victory was just achieved ... moving from 30 to 20 with a good blood pressure reading -- its all about baby steps!
