Dr. Ting (Pain Management)came by to see Mom -- he is anxious to review the MRI that she will hopefully have on Monday -- such a nice man, we like him.
Dr. Hagemeister has put in the orders to move her to the 9th floor -- but he mentioned that the hospital is very full so Mom may be staying in ICU for a while longer. She has a very sore throat and a slight nose bleed -- both are the result of the tube. They are ordering something that should help. She is about an hour away from the completion of dialysis then we will be in a holding pattern until we move to another room. Mom is resting comfortably so if we don't move today that's fine with me. But it would be nice to be in a regular room by Monday -- then I will have internet access in her room and we can eat in her room ... plus there is a murphy bed in each of the rooms. Stay tuned.
